Tutorial Series: Review Process

Only 3 Steps when you are in review process.

  • Review Setup Part:

At first, you have to start review process and setup review forms

  1. How to start review process from PROCONF Admin Panel [ Click Here ]
  2. How to setup review form for (Track Chair / Cochair / Reviewer) from PROCONF admin Panel [ Click Here ]
  • Committee member selection and send Invitation part:

Then you have to add committee member to your conference from scholars database.

If you don’t find any specific scholar then add scholar and then follow previous tutorial.

When you add committee members, now send them invitation together. If they accept invitation, then you will find them in the assigned (track chair, co-chair and reviewer) list.

  2. How to see all reviewers list in PROCONF admin Panel [ Click Here ]
  • Assignment Part:

Then you will able to assign papers to Track Chair / cochair / reviewers. Note that Invitation acceptance is most important part to get every access in PROCONF. 

  • Track Chair: He/she will get all papers of his/her track automatically for reviews.
  • Track Co-chair: He/she will get papers of his/her track which are assigned to him/her.

  • Reviewer: He/she will get papers of his/her track which are assigned to him/her.
