Payments towards any registration paid through, including PROCONF System payment, can be refunded within 30 days of receipt of payment in most cases. Some payments(international credit card payment) have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Mistake Refund Information

Ensure you email the correct and complete registration/payment information when requesting a refund. The correct information must be emailed to the PROCONF team contact information below. To protect our employees and customers, PROCONF started processing the refund as soon as possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong information to PROCONF Team, please contact PROCONF Team as quickly as possible. PROCONF can not guarantee your refund will be stopped and refund the correct one, and no compensation is provided for incorrect payment information sent to PROCONF.

Registration Refund Policy for an event

It can take up to 30 days for the registration to refund it. Once the refund request is received at PROCONF email, it takes 2-10 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-10 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Some registration refunds may take more than normal as conference organizers, you, and the PROCONF team meet online to settle that payment refund.
